Heard Sri K.Rajanna, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the notices, dated 29.12.2016, 05.01.2017 and 07.01.2017, issued by respondent Nos.4 and 3 respectively. 3.

Admittedly, the petitioner has not submitted his reply to the aforesaid notices so far. As such, the petitioner is permitted to submit his reply to the above notices on or before 27.01.2017 and upon submitting his reply, the respondent authorities are directed to take necessary action under due process of law. Till then, respondent authorities are directed not to demolish the property of the petitioner covered by House No.6013, MAC Society, Ramachandrapuram, Medak District.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
