It is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that after completion of investigation in Crime No.246 of 2013, the police filed charge sheet against the petitioners herein and another and the same was numbered as C.C.No.555 of 2013 on the file of the IV-Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur.

In the light of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
