THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3172 OF 2022 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 2 and 4 seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition and intends to file an application under Section 167 of Cr.P.C. on completion of statutory period before the concerned Court. 2.

Accordingly, permission is granted for withdrawal of the Criminal Petition, however, in the event of the petitioners filing an application under Section 167 Cr.P.C. seeking mandatory bail, the same shall be disposed of by the concerned Court on the very same day.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
