THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 15497 of 2011 ORDER:- On 01.07.2015 when the matter was taken up for admission, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the matter has become infructuous, since the representation of the petitioner was already considered. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
