Sri T.V.Sri Devi, learned Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the appellant - Insurance Company, filed a letter dated 15.12.2018, in the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw this Appeal. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Motor Accidents Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount in terms of the award, dated 11.05.2012, passed by the VI Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Markapur, to the credit of M.V.O.P. No.242 of 2010 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The amount already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the respondents/claimants are entitled to withdraw their respective share of amounts, as per the award dated, 11.05.2012.
