THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.1196 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 27.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.778 of 2015 in O.S.No.391 of 2009 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Chittoor. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.391 of 2009 on 08.09.2016. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.391 of 2009 on 08.09.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
