THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR And THE HONOURABLE Mrs. JUSTICE T.RAJANI C.M.A.No.28 of 2005 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) It appears that the notice is not served on the respondent as no proof of service is filed.

This court, vide its order dated 05.02.2015, permitted the petitioner to serve notice on the respondent by RPAD and file proof of service within four weeks. The Court further observed as under: " Failing to file proof of service within the stipulated time referred to above, this appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court."

Since no proof of service is filed and in view of the order dated 05.02.2015, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
