HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA APPEAL SUIT No.1460 OF 2003 JUDGMENT:

Sri V. Siva Prasad Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, would seek permission to withdraw the present appeal.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Learned counsel for the appellants would request to send back the documents to the trial Court to enable the appellants to seek return of the original documents filed and exhibited.

5. The Registry is, therefore, directed to dispatch the originals within three days from today to the trial Court to enable the appellants to seek return of the originals filed by them by substituting them with certified copies thereto and also by giving an undertaking that as and when required, the original documents would be resubmitted.
