In this writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the 3rd respondent to implement the interim injunction order dated 05.11.2009 in I.A.No.2614 of 2009 in O.S.No.698 of 2009 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Since serious allegations are levelled by the petitioners against the unofficial respondents herein, the 3rd respondent is directed to look into the matter and cause an enquiry and if the litigation is still subsisting, shall take steps as per law particularly, keeping in mind the injunction orders stated to be granted in favour of the petitioners in I.A.No.2614 of 2009 in O.S.No.698 of 2009, dated 05.11.2009 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.
