HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 6138 of 2012 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been compromised between the parties before the lower Court. One of the terms of compromise is that the respondents 1 and 2 herein shall withdraw the I.A.No.799 of 2012 filed by them in the lower Court. Therefore, the impugned order passed by the lower Court becomes unnecessary.

In view of the above, the present Civil Revision Petition is closed.
