This Court by order 28.04.2023 directed the trial Court to be complete the trial within time frame of four months. Learned Principal Junior Civil Judge - cum Xl Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, cyberabad at Rajendranagar addressed a letter, dated 28.10.2023 stating that due to various reasons, the trial could not be completed within time frame fixed by this Court.
