A representation is made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner to pass over the matter.

However, since learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that charge sheet was filed and cognizance was taken by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vizakhapatnam, in C.C.No.68 of 2015, the present petition becomes infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
