After arguing for some time, counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy of Appeal under Section 76 of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 before the competent authority.

2. Granting liberty as sought this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to return the original of the impugned order to the counsel for the petitioner, forthwith. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
