THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9400 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by accused Nos.1 and 2, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.386 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Kurnool.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
