Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise that the respondents renewed the licence of the unofficial respondent-fifth respondent only in respect of the old premises and there are no shifting proposals submitted by the fifth respondent. As such, there is no cause of action as on date.

The above statement is recorded and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
