Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the husband of the petitioner, one Kadapa Hari Babu @ Balapalli Babu, has been arrested in connection with Crime No.55 of 2015 registered at Thambalapalli Police Station and presently he is in judicial custody.

In view of the statement made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition.
