THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.10634 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 4th respondent in RC No.279/ 2015/ B3, dated 02.03.2017, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the application for shifting of the shop of the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition, on written instructions dated 22.03.2017 submitted that the petitioner's application was considered and as a matter of fact, shifting of the shop has already been allowed to the licenced premises.
