THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRL.P.NO.3 7 7 1 OF 2 0 1 8 ORDER:- This petition is filed by the petitioners/ A-1 to A-5 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.563 of 2017 on the file of the Court of V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajamahendravaram.

As, in the instant case, charge sheet is filed and case is also registered as C.C.No.563 of 2017, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioners/ A-2 and A-3 are the aged parents and petitioner/ A-4 is the married sister and A-5 is the husband of A-4 and they are residents of Hyderabad, the presence of the petitioners/ A-2 to A-5 before the trial court in C.C.No. 563 of 2017 on the file of the Court of V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajamahendravaram is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires their attendance.

Accordingly, Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
