Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Transport submit that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.21627 of 2017 by its order, dated 03-07-2017.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the 2nd respondent for release of the vehicle bearing No.PY-05A-1999 and on such application being made, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
