THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12406 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in re-categorizing the petitioner's service connections from LT-VII to Category LT-II that is from General purpose to Non Domestic and Commercial Services and by letter dated 14-06-2019 issued by the 3rd respondent informing the petitioner to pay back billing amounts retrospectively upto October, 2002.

Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents on instructions submits that the respondents are withdrawing the impugned order and that they will pass fresh order after considering the explanation of the petitioner dated 23-03-2019.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. It is open for the petitioner to raise all the pleas before the respondents and the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
