THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2058 of 2014 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.M.P.No.37401/2013 in W.P.No.30115/2013 dated 23.01.2014.

After granting interim order, W.P.No.30115/2013 itself was disposed of by a common order dated 28.09.2016 and in view of the same, the interim order got merged with the final order.

Learned counsel for the respondent assures that necessary steps will be taken to implement the final order. In view of the above, further proceedings in the Contempt Case are dropped and accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
