HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6547 and 6548 of 2017 In/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.6369 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 and also the defacto-complainant-2nd respondent present and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition seeking to quash the proceedings in PRC No.6 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 420 and 307 and 506 r/ w 34 of IPC, outcome of Cr.No.137 of 2017 Piduguralla town Police Station, Guntur district from the police final report taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate. At this stage, the parties stated that they amicably settled the disputes between them for peaceful living through elders of the society. On perusal of the police final report, it shows there is no doctor examined and no injuries sustained even to attract prima facie Section 307 IPC, that is also one of the grounds urged in quash petition.

Having regard to the above, but for the other offences are compoundable, the petitions in Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6547 and 6548 of 2017 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in P.R.C.No.56 of 2017. The bail bonds of the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 stand cancelled and they are acquitted. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
