This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not commencing the investigation, though the crime was registered more than 11⁄2 year back, vide Crime No.28 of 2018, dt.07.01.2018, on the file of the third respondent.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that charge sheet is filed in Crime No.28/2018 and the same is numbered as C.C.No.2173/2019 on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar on 08.04.2019 and also request was made to issue NBWs against A1 and the case was numbered as C.C.No.2173/2019. Recording the aforesaid instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
