As per instructions of the learned Public Prosecutor, the police filed final referred report showing lack of evidence in the case, if at all there is any protest against the referred report, remedy is left open to the petitioner.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is closed as the relief became infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
