THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 22588 of 2016 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, though a challenge has been mounted to the notice issued by the 1st respondent Devasthanam, by which the leasehold rights in respect of the lands situated in various survey numbers at Surepalli Village, Bhattiprolu Mandal, Guntur District, which are in possession and enjoyment of the petitioners, who have been declared as landless poor persons under the provisions of Section 82 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, have been proposed to be put to public auction on 11.07.2016, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that his clients have participated in the public auction and have been emerged as the successful bidders, no further orders are required to be passed.

Hence, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand closed.
