NAVEEN RAO Writ Appeal No. 225 of 2016 and Writ Petition No.142 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. M.V. Raja Ram, learned counsel for the appellant does not press this appeal and also prayed for allowing the appellant to withdraw the writ petition itself.

Ms. A. Jayanthi, learned Government Pleader for Assignments has no objection to allowing the appellant to withdraw the writ appeal as well as the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ appeal and the writ petition are disposed of as withdrawn. The order impugned in the writ appeal accordingly renders ineffective. We hope and trust that the Civil Court, before which, the suit, O.S. No. 193 of 1999, is pending shall decide the same on merits, in accordance with law.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
