THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2171 of 2015 ORDER:

Pursuant to the order dated 01.04.2016, the Registrar of the University is present.

Learned Counsel for the respondent produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 12.04.2016 implementing the orders of this Court dated 10.08.2015 consequent to the dismissal of W.A.No.33 of 2016 on 05.02.2016. The Registrar also filed an affidavit to that effect. In view of the above, this Court feels that no further orders are necessary in the Contempt Case. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
