HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.17297 OF 2014 ORDER:

Heard Mr.K.Chidambaram and Mr.D.Krishna Murthy. The petitioner challenges notice R.C.(A)192/ 2014 dated 17.06.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent. The subject matter of the writ petition is Plot No.13 in Sy.No.456 ABCD of Guntakal Village and Mandal.

Mr.Chidambaram fairly admits that the suit filed by the petitioner ended in dismissal and confirmed by this Court in a second appeal. The findings recorded by the civil Court are taken as basis for issuing the notice dated 17.06.2014. He requests four weeks time from today to submit explanation to the notice. The request is accepted. Four weeks time is granted for submitting reply and the 2nd respondent is directed to pass orders and do the needful within a further period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
