THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 667 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

A perusal of 164 Cr.P.C statement of the victim girl recorded by the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Srungavarapukota, reveals a prima facie case against the petitioners for their abetting the Accused No.1 to elope with the victim girl, who is said to be a minor. Having regard to the grave nature of the offences i.e., 376, 363, 366 and 114 of IPC and prima facie accusation against the petitioners, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings so far as the petitioners are concerned.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
