O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed assailing the e-auction notice dated 20.02.2017 issued by the Oriental Bank of commerce, whereunder the auction sale of the secured assets was to be held on 27.03.2017. Sri M.Suryanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners, would state that the auction sale held on 27.03.2017 did not materialize for want of bidders.

That being so, challenge to the impugned sale notice is rendered purely academic and does not warrant consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed on this short ground leaving all issues open. It shall be open to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law as and when a fresh cause of action arises. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
