This writ petition is filed to declare the tender notification No.2610/A3/PO/MPF/06, dated 09.09.2006, relating to the award of piece rate contract on an Annual Rate Contract Basis at Milk Products Factory, Hyderabad, for the year 2006 - 2007 insofar as it fixes the qualification of the deployed workers as 'unskilled with minimum 10th class/unskilled with minimum 7th class', as illegal and arbitrary.

In view of the relief claimed in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the writ petitioners would submit that no adjudication is necessary in this writ petition at this distance of time. 3.

Having regard to the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
