This revision is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C aggrieved by the order, dated 09.02.2018 in Crl.A.No.709 of 2017, on the file of the IV Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in confirming the order, dated 31.08.2016 in DVC No.200 of 2012 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, wherein the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month to the respondents 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Washer man and he is getting Rs.200/- per day and the respondent left his company 10 years ago. 4.

Both the Courts below have analyzed the entire evidence on record and granted maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month to the respondents and the same was confirmed in the appeal. Both Courts below did not act on any in admissible or illegal evidence. There is no mis-carriage of justice. There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
