HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 14582 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the record relating to and connected with I.D.No.129 of 1999 on the file of the 1st respondent-Labour Court and quash the order dated 12.12.2001 passed therein dismissing the said I.D. while confirming the order of termination of the petitioner from service. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for TSRTC appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner is on the verge of attaining the age of superannuation and, therefore, a direction to reinstate him into service at this point of time may not arise. More over, no illegality or irregularity has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the order passed by the Labour Court.

Unless and until any illegality or irregularity is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court cannot interfere with the order passed by the Labour Court. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
