THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 840 OF 2018 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 16.02.2018, passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.5061 of 2018, wherein this Court directed the parties to maintain status quo.

In the counter-affidavit, the respondent asserts that the appointment of person-in-charge was made on 10.02.2018 i.e. much before the interim order passed in W.P.No.5061 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above said fact.

In those circumstances, nothing survives in the contempt case, which is accordingly closed.
