2. Mr. A. Sameer Kumar Reddy, learned counsel representing the 4th respondent submits that the amount for which recovery proceedings are initiated was paid on 13.08.2014 and thereby the 2nd respondent has stopped taking further action in the pending proceedings.

3. The statement is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
