Since the 4th respondent has filed a Note dt.05.04.2018 stating that he had withdrawn the impugned notice dt.16.03.2018 and also conducted survey as sought by the petitioner, cause in this Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
