Sarma, counsel for the petitioner that the loan amount has been cleared by the petitioner in favour of Life Insurance Corporation Housing Finance Limited and there are no arrears and the subject-property papers have been returned by the L.I.C. Housing Finance Limited to the petitioner. Thus, no adjudication is required in this writ petition.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stands closed.
