1. This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the non-disposal of the I.A.No.1036 of 2011 in I.P.No.3 of 2002 pending before the Senior Civil Judge, Addanki.

2. Since the Civil Revision Petition is directed against the inaction of the Court, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with. If there is no interim stay against the disposal of the I.A.No.1036 of 2011 in the pending I.P.No.3 of 2002, the learned Senior Civil Judge, Addanki, is directed to dispose of the said application filed by the petitioner, who is the 1st respondent in I.P.No.3 of 2002 on or before 31.12.2016 in accordance with law.
