Learned counsel for both sides report that in similar circumstances, this Court passed orders in W.P.No.36688 of 2021 and batch dated 2g.l2.2o2l and, in terms thereof, this writ petition may be disposed of. 3.
Therefore, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel on either side, following the order in W.P.No.36688 of 2021 and batch dated 2g. 12.2021, in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner,s appeal dated 29.12.2021 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
