ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent were promoted during pendency of the writ petition.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank contends that as on today, the respondentBank is not in existence and it has been merged with the Telangana Grameena Bank and the petitioner can take steps to amend the cause title by impleading Telangana Grameena Bank.

Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed during pendency of the writ petition, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
