PNR,J C.R.P.NOs.5262 & 5308 of 2017 HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO COMMON ORDER:

While challenging the docket orders dated 18.08.2017, petitioner sought direction to Court below for disposal of Execution Petitions expeditiously. Computer generated docket proceedings are now furnished. As seen from the docket proceedings, on 18.08.2017 matters were adjourned to 16.10.2017 for filing counters. It is now informed that counter-affidavits were filed on 16.10.2017 and cases stand posted to 18.12.2017 for enquiry. Since counters are already filed and matters now stand posted for enquiry by assigning 18.12.2017 as the date for enquiry, this Court is not inclined to entertain the revision petitions at this stage. Leaving it open to the petitioner to make appropriate request before the lower Court for early hearing, Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of.

It is made clear that there is no expression of opinion on merits and only liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a request for early hearing. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these revision petitions shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO Date: 22.11.
