THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL WRIT PETITION No. 22051 of 2008 ORDER:

As there was no representation for the petitioner on 20.10.2017, this Court directed to post the matter today 'for dismissal'. Today, it is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner-Housing Society that the letter addressed to the then President of the petitioner-society is returned un-served on the ground that the incumbent died, and as such, the learned counsel reported that he has no further instructions in the matter. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
