HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No. 7611 of 2009 ORDER:
Both the learned counsel for petitioner Sri B.Sudhakar Reddy and learned counsel for R3 Sri N. Hari Prasad, would submit that they have compromised the issue and now the third respondent has no objection for incorporating the name of the petitioner in the Grampanchayat records in respect of house property and they will take steps in this regard before the Grampanchayat, Kamapur Village and Mandal.

Learned Standing Counsel for R1 would submit that if the parties filed an application, the same will be considered orders will be passed. 3.
In that view of the matter, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Grampanchyat, Kamapur Village and Mandal and file an application for mutating her name in respect of the house property, in which case, the third respondent would report his no objection and thereupon the first respondent authorities shall pass appropriate orders at the earliest. 4.
