ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Respondents and perused the material on record.

It is alleged that the deeds of conveyance presented by the petitioners for registration are not accepted by the registering authority and is insisting for production of No Objection Certificate from the Urban Land Ceiling authorities. However, to show the bonafides of the petitioners, no semblance of proof is filed including payment of requisite stamp duty and registration charges. 3.

Subject to petitioners paying requisite stamp duty and registration charges while presenting the documents for registration, the registering authority shall receive the documents and process the same and if the registering authority is not satisfied for registration, he shall assign reasons for the same and communicate the decision to the petitioners in writing.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J Date: 2.7.2019 DA
