Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondentCorporation, at the outset, on instructions from one G.Ravi, Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Warangal, who is present in the Court, submits that the respondent-Corporation would not either demand any property tax or seal the towers, without following due process of law. Her statement is recorded and accepted.

In view thereof, the learned Senior Counsel does not press this writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
