Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. 04.

In view of the above submission, permission is accorded, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
