Sri K. Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 25.11.2015 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if necessary. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
