The subject matter of the writ petition pertains to survey. This Court had an occasion to deal with the same subject in WP.No.6690 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submit that lis in the writ petition is covered by order, dated 03-03-2016, in WP.No.6690 of 2016.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order.
