Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Andhra Pradesh. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent. 3.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of the Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent relating to H.No.1-121-2 situated at Edupugallu Village, Kankipadu Mandal, Krishna District, and insisting to cancel the registered sale deed and deliver the possession of the said house in favour of the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent in respect of the abovementioned property. 4.

The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the subject property from the 4th respondent under a registered sale deed, dated 24.08.2015. In view of the increase in value of the property in that area, the 4th respondent requested the petitioner to cancel

CPK,J WP_20845_2017 the registered sale deed and re-deliver possession of the subject property in his favour, for which the petitioner refused to do so. Then, the 4th respondent approached the police - respondents 2 and 3, who are insisting the petitioner to cancel the registered sale deed and re-deliver possession of the property in favour of the 4th respondent.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. 6.

Learned Government Pleader submits that he has no objection for the same.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent, except in accordance with law.
