When the matter is called, it is represented by learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court reported in A.P. CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES EMPLOYEES UNION, GUNTUR DISTRICT UNIT, GUNTUR AND OTHERS V. GOVERNMENT OF A.P. AND OTHERS1 and the same is not disputed by the other side.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition also stands dismissed, in terms thereof.
